Our 12-month team development programme is built on a foundation of our interactive workshops (as detailed in the ‘HELP’ section), alongside our innovative Challenge Journals.

Creating alignment for the assignment, HEARTSET provides a space for your team to consider and reflect on their purpose, their interests and their passions. Exploring our past, present and future, this session will reconnect employees to the ‘why’ behind their jobs and re-engage
BELIEF SYSTEMS & HABITS:
Delve into the theories of behaviour change. Participants will identify core beliefs, uncover limiting patterns, and establish habits that align with their ambitions and values.
